Note that all registration fees are in EUR (including VAT) and are payable by credit or debit card at time of registration. Your ACM/SIGIR Member number will be required to register at the member rate. Those registering as a student will be asked to provide proof of their student status.

At least one author per accepted submission needs to be registered during the early bird period.

• The Doctoral Consortium (DC) is on Sunday (March 7, 2027), invite-only with no extra registration fee.
• Tutorials and workshops will be held on Thursday (March 11, 2027)
• Registration will open from December 1st, 2026
  • Early Bird rate will be available until January 15th, 2027
  • Standard rate will be available until February 15th, 2027
  • Late rate will be available from February 16th, 2027
